CAN I ORDER A PIECE IN ANOTHER FABRIC?

We only use the fabrics we have and found. If you see another fabric you like on the website and would like to get a piece in a fabric of another piece, it’s possible if we have enough stock of this fabric to do it. It’s better to contact us by email orders@studio-nani.com at least 2 days before ordering. If we reply that it’s possible, you can order the piece you want and specify in the comments section in your basket in which other fabric you would like to get your piece.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

This depends if you are ordering an available item or a made-on-order one.

If it's available it can take max 5 days to be sent, plus the shipping time indicated at the checkout.

If you are ordering a custom made piece it depends of the numbers of orders and of the overload of work. The maximal delay of the dispatch is of 3 weeks from the day of the order. You will receive an email by DHL Express once your order is sent in both cases. 

HOW CAN I ASK FOR A CUSTOM MADE PIECE?

On each product page we have the choice to order an available item or to choose to get a custom made piece, even if the available item is sold out.

In this case, you will be able to enter your measurements on the box at the check out.

You can indicate standard measurements (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL) or you can fill in your chest, waist and hips measurements. If you want to indicate us any other measures (like your height), please feel free to add any other informations in the comments section when you are in your basket. If you forgot to add any measures or chose a standard size while you wanted a custom piece, do not worry, it’s not too late. You can also send us an email after your order at orders@studio-nani.com. Specify your order number and indicate us your measurements here.

After every custom order is received we'll send a confirmation email from our part. We'll ask you also to confirm your measurements and we'll indicate how long the order will take.

If for wherever reason the order it can't not be processed  you will receive a complete refund.
