Prices

All prices are given in EUR and are calculated based on all steps of the production process of our inhouse supply chain. 

Payment

All payments are made through direct online payment requests. Due to the labor intensive process of made-to-order with a possibilityi of adjusting the fits and style to your wishes, payments are done in advance. 

Delivery 

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. The delivery time may vary depending on the item, with an average time frame of 2-3 weeks. 

All orders are processed through the Dutch national postal services PostNL. 

Returns, exchanges & refunds

All items purchased through Studio Nani are made to order. This means that each item is specifically made for you once your place your order. It can take up to 2-3 weeks to create an item. It takes some work — and we love that. In addition, Studio Nani holds no stock to keep its processes as sustainable as possible. 

Due to our way of working and our aim to keep our ecological footprint low, returns and refunds are not possible. However, we are more than happy to receive adjustment requests after you have received your order and will gladly brainstorm with you to tailor or adjust your piece(s) to match your expectations as best as we can. We are happy to amend any items. All in all, we encourage all of our customers to consume consciously so that you will enjoy your beautiful garments for years or even generations to come.

 

Care instructions & dye results

Please wash all your garments on max. 30 degrees on a short spin machine wash. We encourage using natural detergents with a neutral pH to minimize the risk of changing or shifting colors. Do not dry in direct sunlight. Colors may change and develop over time, which is an integral and unique part of natural dyeing processes. Please note that all garments dyed with logwood may react strongly with perspiration stains. 

Our dyeing process is completely natural, done with natural pigments, processes and plants. Studio Nani always strives to match the dye results reflected on the product images both on our website and Instagram account, however, some dye results may vary. In rare cases, dye results may vary more than expected and Studio Nani will contact the customer in question to discuss their wishes. Studio Nani promotes the beauty and possibilities of natural processes and encourages all customers to remain open to results varying in color and patterns. Once an order has been approved, refunds and returns based on different expectations are not possible.
